1. Order Cancellation Policy
Before Order Dispatch
Customers may request cancellation of an order before it has been processed, prepared, or dispatched.
Cancellation requests must be submitted through our customer support team.
Approved cancellations will be eligible for a refund of the order amount after deduction of applicable payment gateway or transaction charges, if any.
After Order Dispatch
Once an order has been dispatched, shipped, or handed over to the delivery partner, it cannot be cancelled.
No refund will be issued for cancellation requests received after dispatch.
Same-Day and Midnight Deliveries
Orders placed for same-day delivery, fixed-time delivery, or midnight delivery are processed on priority and cannot be cancelled once confirmed.
Such orders may not be eligible for any refund.
2. Refund Policy
Refunds may be considered only under the circumstances described in this policy and are subject to verification and approval by the Company.
Eligible Refund Cases

Verification Requirement
Refund requests related to damaged, defective, or incorrect products must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:
Incorrect or incomplete delivery address provided by the customer
Recipient unavailable at the delivery location
Delivery refused by the recipient
Failure of delivery due to incorrect or unreachable contact information
Minor differences in product design, packaging, decoration, color, or presentation
Delay caused by circumstances beyond our control
Change of mind after order confirmation or delivery
Perishable products consumed, used, or disposed of after delivery
4. Refund Processing
Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used for the transaction.
Actual credit timelines may vary depending on the customer’s bank, card issuer, or payment provider.
5. Company-Initiated Cancellations
The Company reserves the right to cancel any order due to:
Product unavailability
Pricing or technical errors
Suspected fraudulent transactions
Operational limitations
Force majeure events
In such cases, eligible customers will receive a full refund of the amount paid.
6. Force Majeure
The Company shall not be liable for any refund, compensation, or damages arising from delays or failure to perform due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:
Natural disasters
Floods, earthquakes, or storms
Government actions or restrictions
Pandemic-related disruptions
Transportation or logistics disruptions
Strikes or labor disputes
Power failures or technical outages
