We currently deliver across major cities and selected locations within India.
Delivery availability depends on:

Serviceable pin codes
If your location is not serviceable, our team will inform you and initiate a refund if applicable.
2. Delivery Timeframes
Standard Delivery
Delivered within the selected date.
Delivery time: 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM.
Same-Day Delivery
Available for orders placed before the daily cut-off time (e.g., 4:00 PM).
Subject to product availability and serviceable location.
Midnight Delivery (If Offered)
Delivered between 11:00 PM – 11:59 PM.
Available in selected cities only.
Additional charges may apply.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to traffic, weather conditions, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.
3. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated based on:

Delivery type (Standard / Same-Day / Midnight)
Product category
Final shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before payment.
4. Order Processing
Orders are processed after successful payment confirmation.
Orders placed on national holidays or after business hours may be processed on the next working day.

5. Delivery Attempts
If the recipient is unavailable, our delivery partner may attempt re-delivery.
Incorrect address or contact details may result in delivery failure.
Additional charges may apply for re-delivery.

6. Perishable Products (Flowers & Cakes)
For perishable items:
Delivery will be attempted once.
If the recipient is unavailable, the order may be considered delivered.
We are not responsible for quality issues due to delayed acceptance by the recipient.
