This Refund & Return Policy outlines the terms under which TRIVOXA GLOBAL PRIVATE LIMITED (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”) processes returns, cancellations, and refunds.
By placing an order on our website, you agree to this policy.
1. Cancellation Policy
Before Dispatch
Orders can be cancelled before they are prepared or dispatched.
Cancellation requests must be made through our customer support.
Eligible cancellations will receive a full refund after deducting payment gateway charges (if applicable).
After Dispatch
Once the order is dispatched or out for delivery, it cannot be cancelled.
Same-Day & Midnight Orders
Same-day and midnight delivery orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed.
In such cases, cancellation requests may not be eligible for refund.
2. Return Policy
Perishable Products (Flowers & Cakes)
Due to the nature of perishable products:
Returns are not accepted once delivered.
If the product is damaged, incorrect, or of poor quality, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
Clear images and order details must be provided for verification.
After verification, we may offer:
Replacement, or
Refund, or
Store credit (at our discretion)
Non-Perishable Products (Gift Items)
Returns are accepted only if:
The product is damaged or defective.
The wrong item was delivered.
The product is unused and in original packaging.
Return requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
3. Refund Process
Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
Incorrect delivery address provided by customer
Recipient not available at delivery location
Delivery refusal by recipient
Minor design or color variations
Change of mind after delivery
Failed delivery due to unreachable contact number
5. Replacement Policy
We may offer a replacement instead of refund in cases of:
Damaged product
Incorrect item delivered
Quality issues
Replacement is subject to product availability.
6. Force Majeure
We are not liable for refunds or compensation for delays caused by:
Natural disasters
Government restrictions
Traffic or transportation issues
Pandemic-related restrictions
